Who's accountable.

Waqas Muhammad

Co-founder & CEO

Waqas co-founded WAM Corp to bring senior engineering and practical AI to companies whose core business was never technology. He has spent eighteen years in banking, insurance, logistics, and property, the first ten at Citibank Pakistan across engineering, business analysis, and project management.

From there he moved into product and delivery leadership at TPL Corp, where he was a core team member on Rider by TPL Logistics, then to LMKR as Director of Products and Gridizen as Country Manager. WAM Corp grew out of what those years taught him.

Most companies do not need more AI hype. They need people who can turn their real workflows into AI-enabled systems, and say honestly where it helps.

Munis Ayaz

Co-founder & CPO

Munis co-founded WAM Corp and leads product. Most projects go wrong long before anyone writes code, in the gap between what a business asks for and what it actually needs. Closing that gap is his job.

He came up through logistics and manufacturing at Agility and EBM, then product at OpenPort and Gridizen. Now he builds with coding agents as much as he writes specs for them, and owns how delivery runs at WAM Corp, from the 7-day sprint to the standards and tooling the engineering team works with. His view on AI is unsentimental.

AI has changed how fast and how consistently software gets built, not the need to plan it properly. The systems that last are still the ones somebody scoped, reviewed, and shipped on purpose.
